Phase 1: Custom Marketing Management

Social Media, Promo & eCommerce Scope of Work

A content creator kicks off the project by leading the ideation, creation direction, and execution for new specials to be included in the clients’s point-of sale (POS) system and website. Content is informed by the social strategy roadmap and performance insights.

Phase 2: Organic Social Media

After a content creator builds out the social media content calendars and conducts a product photography shoot, a graphic designer designs creative assets to use across platforms. Outline how many social media posts the client will receive on a monthly basis and what each asset includes.

Phase 3 : Promotional Campaign

This phase includes developing a product marketing strategy, setting up paid media, and configuring email marketing campaigns. The graphic designer is also involved in this phase to develop and edit short form video for various digital platforms used in the campaign.

Phase 4: E-Commerce & loyalty Configuration

 A developer configures the client’s POS system and implements commerce plugins. They’ll also setup a new robust loyalty program system that allows for flexible rewards and tracking. The content creator and designer create an email series, including reusable email marketing templates for promotion of the ecomm strategy.

Campaign Creative Direction

Phase 1 Discovery

During the discovery phase, you’ll also hold weekly meetings to discuss high -level strategy, upcoming content, performance reports ,insights and recommendations.

Phase 2 : Execution ($4,500)

You’ll start by creating a high level brand for $900. Then , based on research and analysis you’ll develop advertising concepts and present those concepts to the client for $600.

Phase 3: Handoff

What’s a campaign without any results? After the campaign has been executed, you’ll put together a report of its performance

Serverless Web App Development

Phase :1 Discovery

This project calls for the expertise of three roles: a product manager, UX/UI designer, and a full stack developer.

Phase 2: Design

This Phase also highlights the importance of outlining deliverables in the scope of work to prevent scope creep.

Phase 3: Architecture Design

The architecture design phase is dedicated to designing and determining what infrastructure is needed to support the mobile application interface design.

Phase 4: Development

For the Development phase, the full stack developer will focused on the the development of the back-end serverless functions, middleware services, and the front-end web application.

Phase 5: Testing and Deployment 

Time for testing! The final phase of the serverless web app development scope of work is in the hands of the full stack developer.

Learning Management Implementation

Phase 1 : Discovery

While the scope of work Template is designed for one instructional designer, if you need more support throughout the project, consider teaming up with another designer ( and adjust the pricing accordingly.

Phase 2 : Implementation

First, you’ll configure the new LMS platform and set up everything from branding elements to customer and vendor information to inventory and pricing list $1,200

Phase 3 : Handoff

For the final phase, you’ll  make sure your client is prepared to handle the LMS once the project ends by preparing a training manual for software set up maintenance, and best practices

Go to Market Strategic Brand Strategy

Phase 1: Brand Strategy

The team’s Brand Strategist is responsible for the first phase of the project, which is all about developing the brand strategy that will be the foundation for the campaigns to come during the next phase.

Phase 2: Campaign strategy & Support

Following the new guidelines in place , the paid media strategist is responsible for handling everything from developing a product paid ad campaign ($1,500), to developing the campaign budget for creative ($600)

Marketing Retainer-10 Months

Phase 1: Initial Strategy & Goal setting

The Marketing Retainer requires the expertise of three Freelancers: a social media manager, a graphic designer, and a copywriter. Each will play a part in the initial phases as well as the monthly support work.

Phase 2 :Social Media audit & Strategy

For the next phase the social media manager will take the lead on planning social media strategies and campaign objectives to drive awareness and campaign objectives to drive awareness and engagement for specific target audiences.

Phase 3: Blog Management Strategy & Research

For the final planning phase, the social media manager and copywriter will team up to develop content pillars.

Phase 4: Month 1

For The Next 10 Months , the team will execute on the social media and content campaigns that were outlined during the planning phases.

Website & Social Media Campaign

Phase 1: Organic Social Media

The team’s Content strategist will kick off the project by focusing on organic social media for the project launch campaign. They’ll start with an audit of the clients existing social media (a commonly overlooked service) for 1500$.

Phase 2: Paid Social Media

For this phase, the manager will start by researching the clients audience personas using a combination of an online survey and customer interviews.

Phase 3 : Website Implementation

The Cms Developer will start by Creating up to Three website templates($900) based on the clients design requirements . Next, they’ll reformat and optimize existing image files ($600), setup website hosting, and implement ssl for $900.

Phase 4: Advanced Feature Plugins

If the project calls for it, the scope of work template leaves room for the CMS Developer to implement advanced feature plugins for the clients website.

Phase 5: Handover

Following a successful launch, each of the team members will deliver a training so the client can handle the website and the social media once the Project wraps up.

Virtual Event Management:

Phase 1: Pre Event Management

To successfully execute a complete virtual event scope of work, you’ll need four team members :an event strategist,creative director, content creator, and a PR manager.

Phase 2: Public Relations and Event Branding

For this phase, the event strategist, PR manager, and content creator will collaborate on everything from building event landing pages and designing marketing collateral to developing outreach lists and writing and distributing press releases.

Phase 3: Live Event Management

It’s time for all the virtual event prep work to be put into action. The event strategist is responsible for collecting and synthesizing essential data during the live event to assist in real time decision making.

Phase 4: Post Event Management

Once the event has wrapped up, the final phase will focus on post-event video coverage from the virtual event based on the shot list provided by the client.
